Our Hospice Team
Medical Director
Our Medical Director leads our interdisciplinary care team in developing a plan of care and provides consultations to physicians regarding hospice care.
Registered Nurse
Our staff of compassionate nurses are experts in pain management and symptom control, provide scheduled visits in the patient’s place if residence
Nurse Aides
Our nurse aides provide in-home personal care for the patient, including bathing and routine home care.
SOCIAL WORKERS
Our skilled social workers offer supportive counseling to both the patient and those who share in the patient’s life. This support continues for at least a year after our patients pass.
HOSPICE CHAPLAIN
Our hospice chaplain is available for any form of spiritual counseling. We work with any patients chose religious community to provide comforting spiritual support.
TRAINED VOLUNTEERS
All of our hospice volunteers must complete a volunteer training program. They provide companionship and friendship to hospice patients and their families. They additionally can assist with everyday tasks.
